Went out last night on the boat looking for sandies too. Didn't catch a one at the Yatch Hump.

Took off to the dam with a carolina rig for some green fish and hooked on to 3. Purple with purple/black specs was the choice

Came back to the hump and a friend hooked a nice keeper crappie on the first cast. Green/Chart Rooster tail.

Then off to the yatch club dock for more green fish. I felt a nibble on the other line, waited, set the hook and HOOK, WEIGHT, LINE came FLYING out of the water. Must have ripped the hook right outta its mouth.

I know that was a little rant, but in all, not one sandie.

Do the Yacht Club Hump or go across the lake to the intake area--(long Fence) And on both ends there are hump you should do OK at.

I used to fish Arlington more than I do now but if the yaught club hump wasnt producing I used to hell-pet from the yaught club area down south to the first point in about 20 to 22 foot of water. My opinion of Arlington is its either on or off.

If you can still get up in the channel by the power plant I have had fun with whites and yellows.

Good luck and keep us posted.

I'd try these areas.

I'm sure he'll pipe in later.
