I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give me any help with a family trip this weekend. I have in-laws comming in from Kansas and would like to have them catch some fish. I pre-fished last night and couldn't get anything on artificial. I only caught a few off of Red Clay Point in the evening 8" or so. Also, I hate to admitt it, but I couldn't get on the shad either.

Live bait as of last weekend. Shad are a bit tougher to find. Look at the shorelines at daylight. If you know what to look for you should be able to find the shad. They are moving on a daily basis, so it's really hard to give exact locations on where to find them right now.
Also, you might get up early (2-3am) and throw under the marina lights.
As for the striper, we were getting them in between Little Mineral and the Dam. Lots of water to cover there, but there were lots of fish in that area. For the last couple weeks 65-75ft of water has been where they are roaming. We are catching them about 25-30 pulls down.

Texoma Striper... I like how you quoted RossF: Live bait as of last weekend. Shad are a bit tougher to find. Look at the shorelines at daylight.
