Kroger`s has .97 cents lb. Spiral Hams. Deals on briskets get harder to find every year and I expect it to get worse. HEB never runs a brisket sale. I can still remember selling them for .69 cents lb. 40 years ago when I managed a meat market for Winn Dixie. It`s all about perspective though. New home and new cars have increased by a much bigger % than briskets have. HEB has prime briskets on sale starting today for $3.97.
