I don't understand how but construction is booming g out here on Lake Bridgeport and Wise County in general. Residential and commercial. I don't know what they spent to build CampQYB out here on the lake but it wasn't cheap. Tons of homes pushing the $1M mark too.
The county has a couple thousand new homes about to be built. It's wild. We tried to keep ita secret. When all the houses are built it's gonna slow everything down. We don't have the infrastructure for that many people. Definitely slow it down. Imo to be adjacent to the metroplex prices have lagged behind other adjacent areas. For land and homes.

That’s what happened in the area between Prosper and Aubrey. It’s messed up traffic so bad, it’s crazy.
