Does Tungsten matter on a nail weight for Neko rig? I am a little concerned about losing at them with Neko rig. I don't worry about that with a texas rig. Also what weight do like for neko rig for skipping docks?

Yes it is important to use the most expensive tackle you can find. Rods, reels, line, baits, and weights. You should know that by now.
