09 HPDI 225
Lower unit makes a ticking noise only in forward, neutral and reverse nothing. Drained fluid no chunks of metal just a little fuzz. Suggestions of places in Texas that rebuild if needed.

Put a hand full of Saw Dust and a little lower unit oil in a blinder; then install. I have a 2022 Skeeter for Sale and it runs smoth as silk.

HPDIs were known for clicking at idle. If you’re worried about it try adjusting your linkage slightly and see if you can adjust the click out.

Tried that, over adjusted and wouldn’t go into Rev 😆. Time to let the pros figure it, but they’re all 4 weeks out
