Who could forget the Chia Pet? Now they have a Willy Nelson version plus a few Star Wars themed ones https://www.chia.com/I bought my dad the Obama version --- let it grow a fro and then shot it to pieces --- best gift I ever gave him

Some WalMart stores have a dedicated area for " as shown on TV" products. Usually up front of the stores.

Some of the stuff that started out as seen on TV are legit stuff now. Some sold at Lowes hardware or Walmart.
Oxy clean and flex seal come to mind. I'm sure there are others. The "California Duster" is another one. You know, to wipe down your rig between washes and what not. We have a bunch of those dusters. We use them to dust off the fire trucks in tve evenings when we do tge evening chores at the station.

We have a VCR and I know how to use it. Let's do this! I also fell victim to this one. Twisted your line so bad! All I did was cuss when the pike would explode on it and they would disappear.

DId not have a Mr. Microphone...now days the guy who said we will be back to pick you up later would have been raked over the coals today, lost his job, made to apologize and basically had his sack cut off...OR they would have come back later only to find bruce jenner...

Never knew anyone that had one, but the Bass O Matic worked well on it's TV ad.
