Hey guys. Our 6th Annual Sam Rayburn Slam will be Saturday, October 1st, at Umphrey Pavilion. This is an open bass tournament with no off limits and trailering is allowed. Registration is now open in-store at Tackle Addict or online at www.keithcombsbassfishing.com. Entry fee is $260 (+$10 for ccards) and that includes big bass. As always, our event is 100% payback. This year we have partnered with the CAST For Kids Foundation and we'll be having a fundraising banquet in Lufkin, Texas at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center Friday evening, September 30th. Clay Dyer will be our special guest speaker. Tournament participants can purchase tables and individual tickets to the banquet at a discounted price. Your ticket includes a catered dinner & open bar with beer, wine, and margaritas. We have a lot of great fishing and hunting trips, guns, knives, and more to be auctioned and raffled off. 100% of those proceeds go to support CAST For Kids. We are also having a shoreline CAST For Kids event Saturday morning at Umphrey. If you or someone you know has a child with special needs we would love to have them participate. Each child gets to take home a rod/reel combo, tackle box, T-shirt, hat, and a plaque with their photo. Lunch will also be provided.
