The Ray Hubbard Bass Cub will be having our annual Open Tournament on Saturday April 27th on Lake Ray Hubbard. Here is the information -

� When: Saturday April 27th
� Where: Lake Ray Hubbard - Chandlers Landing Marina ($10.00 launch fee paid at registration)
� Time: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
� Registration: 5:00 - 6:30 AM
� Entry Fee: $100.00 per boat � 2 person maximum (includes big bass)


You DO NOT have to be an RHBC member to fish this tournament. Everyone is welcome to fish this event! Registration will be at the ramp at Chandlers starting at 5:00 on Saturday morning. Chandlers is giving participants a reduced launch fee of $10.00. If you are going to launch there, let us know at registration and we will collect the fee at that time and we will pay them. When you register you will be given a numbered chip. You will need to to turn your chip in by placing it on the board to get your fish weighed. You will need to get your live well checked and a ribbon tied on to your trolling motor which must remain there until weigh in. You can then launch or trailer and go to your spot. No lines in the water until 6:30. Lines out of the water at 3:00. There will be a 30 minute dead water period where no fishing is allowed at the end of the day. This is to give participants time to get off the water, and the TD's time to get the weigh in set up. The chip must be back on the board with the Tournament Director by 3:30. The board will be on the patio at Chandlers all day so if you leave early, please turn it in so we know you are back safe. Weigh in will start at that time on the patio at Chandlers Landing. If your chip is not on the board at 3:30, a 1 pound per minute penalty will be assessed. After 15 minutes your catch will be marked as 0. You will be called to the scales by boat number. Long range forecast looks promising...

A couple reminders. First, Chandlers is giving us 50% off launch fee. Let us know at registration you are launching there. We will take the $10.00 at registration and pay Chandlers at the end of the day. We will give you a slip to place in your window to let them know you have paid. We will do weigh in by boat number! If you are boat 38, make sure your chip is turned in by 3:30 on the patio and keep your fish in the livewell until we call for boats 31-40. PM with questions or for more info on anything. Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Congrats to Jeff Meier and Walter Archer on their win today. They weighed a great bag of 20.39. Big bass went to the team of Danny Barrick and Cody Jenkins with a 7.87 toad. Full results and pictures will be posted later this week.
