Hagar is the man Yes, Early Van Halen was greatness Sammy Hagar is music royalty. I have seen many Sammy Hagar concerts, and to date his 1983 Three Lock Box tour was top 3 concerts I have seen.

Full disclosure- I had never heard of Hagar until he joined Van Halen.

The Red  Rocker is a Showman, musician, and lyricist (even if all his lyrics are about sex).

Van Halen sucks regardless of who the lead singer is. Eddie is the only good thing about that band.
