We're catching fish and having fun!
It's not perfect but it's November.
We have fronts rolling in ever few days but in between the fronts when you can get on the lake fishing has been pretty good!
I'm mainly catching really nice size  sandbass and hybrid striper!
Some days I catch a few catfish and crappie as well.
We are usually starting at safe light and occasionally find a few schooling fish.
Mostly I'm catching my fish on the regular old spots like Pelican Island, long arm, and the wind sock.
Generally finding fish in depths of 20 to 30ft of water I like catching them with my  jig and slab rig.
If you want to book a trip or maybe give someone a gift certificate for Christmas,  call Bob Holmes Guide Service  longest running fishing guide on the lake and still the Record Holder of the lake record Striper.
