Lots of TFF OTers from Texas living elsewhere. How’s that treating ya?
We are in the process of moving to western rural Michigan. I’m a 3rd generation Texan, but married a Michigan woman with a huge incredible welcoming and supportive family. And our 1 yo grandson is there. So I’m in the process of trying to get there before Christmas. Not sure I’m making the smartest decision, but that little guy up there just yanks on my heart strings.

Do me one favor please. Excluding your wife’s family, tell everyone you meet how backwards they are up there and don’t know how to do anything right. Every chance you get tell them how you used to do things back in Texas.
About time to give back some of that knowledge.
