TWUA College Scholarship Bass Tournament (by wiltwrangler) TWUA and Belton Bass Club 1st Annual College Scholarship Fund Raiser Bass Tournament. TWUA is a non-profit organization that gives college scholarships to kids that are about to or are in college every year. It will be held on Belton Lake and launch point will be Temple Lake Park.
