PVC Markers

Doe's anyone remembers the PVC flip gadgets. They would lay on there side until a fish got on them and then they would stand up.
I need instructions to build several.

Either source will work. I made 14 of these, last summer. If you push the numbers around a bit, you can have minimal waste. I had just a short length of extra rebar left over (after 14).
