Bass fishing

Any body out there ever fished white rock lake in Dallas. If so any tips

I posted this last week. The wife and I did pretty well on flukes between 8-9. After that it shut down like a a Dodge pickup.

Go early and leave early. It got freakin' HOT in a hurry last weekend. I was waiting to see the water start boiling. Lol....

Has anybody been bass fishing at white rock in the last week or so , and if so any body catching any good bass.

Keep it small, hit the cat tails. In 1993, Conservation Fish Fest I was in my boat and some dude parks his car, jumps out and took a picture of me "during a cast". I didn't think much of it until I saw it on the front page of the Sports section the next day. I gave the newspaper to my son back then and guess what? We recently found it in his scrap book. It's on my coffee table now. Great memories!
