I have been in 3-4 swaps, maybe this time I'll do it right and make a material tag of what I used to make. I did order some mini ziplocks online. That's a plus. Gonna look at supplies and make another order to Crazy Angler too. FYI, if your new to the swaps, make all of the same jigs so everyone gets the same thing from you.

As always, big stuff going on soon. But don't want to be left out on this one either. I'm in. Side note, sorry to hear that Vernon. I seen you were on that IPad,I had a hunch. Hope everything goes great and a speedy recovery. Thanks bud! You & The boys paint up some good'uns! Thanks Vern, it's all your fault. We would still be painting with fingernail polish if it weren't for you. And probably be out of tying by now as well. Thanks bud,I'm praying for your wife. I don't often so might count more.

Can't make this one as too much work goin on. Vern, hope your wife get better soon! And an fyi you can get those small ziploc bags of varying sizes at any Hobby Lobby fer cheap! And to those new to tying, you need to get in on this swap. Lots of folks here started doin swaps and learned a great deal about different techniques, different types of material, painting techniques that really shorten the learning curve, and save ya money from not gettin stuff you may not use. Crazy Angler has a nice start up kit if'n ya want to start tying yer own crappie catchin creations. I will warn ya as others will too, this hobby is highly addictin, so cross da fence at yer own risk all you future tyers!

300 zip locks with shipping for $3.50 on EBay. What the heck could a man possibly buy at Hobby lobby? I took boys a few months ago for wooden letters. Kids got cool old fashion type toys and if we ever go back, it will be expensive! Remember those card board rockets that go way up? Seen some that will go a mile up. I want some! My dad would never buy me the good ones. Anyway, cheaper for me to buy online than in store.

I never buy more than 1 item at Hobby Lobby.

Remember, download the Hobby Lobby app on your phone, or I think you can get a coupon from their website and you can get 40% off any one item anytime. That would make the $1.99 bags $1.19 plus tax, or $1.29 total. I buy glitter there also, to mix with candy paints.

I was gonna get some chenille at Hobby Lobby, but all of theirs were pipe cleaners. Does the chenille from crazy angler have wire in it as well? I know nothing about this and trying to get some supplies to start earning.

No wire in jig tying supplies. Crazy Angler awesome. Their chenille comes every way you could want it. My favorite today is Crystal Antron Chenille or the Crystal Chinille Martix. Honestly,I'm new but buying from Crazy Angler has made my jig tying easy. You can't go wrong.

Thanks for the advice. I'm placing an order with Crazy Angler today. I guess I'll patch up my cast nets to keep busy until my supplies arrive next week.
