I am going against the grain and say sandie. Only 1 stripe to the tail and that middle line is not broken. I say this based on a pic. If I saw the fish in person I might change my mind.

Hybrid,Did you check the tooth patch/s?I bet if they are putting surplus in they probably will not list it as a stocking.

considering all the confusion on this, I bet Game wardens write a lot of tickets for under size hybrids.
