Just wanted to let everyone know that David has truly got a full plate for the
next few days and will be slower that normal getting back to you.
He can fill you all in when he gets back to normal but, briefly, he is not only moving across the Metromess to Coppel but, he's GETTING MARRIED!!!
And to top it all off, they are selling TWO houses to merge their lives together in a new home!
So, show the poor boy some pity and understand he'll eventually get back to whatever normal will be now. And please offer up a prayer for the new couple wish them all the happiness possible.

I'm praying for HER! I wonder if she knows the Nature of his business?!!! Fishermen calling from can till cain't all day every day and twice on Sundays...not to mention the marketing aspect of his job...

My future gal is a net girl and a keeper for sure. Thank you Lord for blessing me. I appreciate all the congrats. Yes I have been busy moving two homes into another (currently in a rent home) so another move is in my future

The housing market is a sellers market. It was easy selling two homes (after painting and some other things) but finding one is much more of a challenge. You have to be ready when one comes available and be prepared for a bidding war. So not only moving but some improvements to be ready to sell

Long story short: I have been out of pocket for a couple weeks moving and have fallen very far behind so those that have tried to reach me be patient. I am back at it and working hard to get you the deal you are looking for.

I hope to get on the water soon but the way the wind has been howling it looks like I might just catch up here. When I do get on the water I hope to find that golden ticket spot as I need it. Sure wish I could have made the CrappieFest at Fork
