Well "upside" it's the modern banana in the boat...LOL...Basically one more thing to distract you while fishing...back when the underwater cameras were big my brother got one and used to idle around with the camera lowered waiting to see something earth shattering down there, then after awhile he realized he was paying more attention to the camera and less time with a rod in his hand, now the camera is in the closet next to the color selector where it should be...I say do your google earth homework before you go fishing and when you get to the lake go fishing...just my two cents
