so the new owner has put T posts 2 foot apart all the way down to the water so noone can take a golf cart to his side of the property. Can he do that? My understanding is SRA ownes or has the leaseback to some degree? Just asking because my parents spend alot of time there and we respect other peoples property but this guy seems out of hand. My parents just want to cruise over and see their friends. I already submitted a question to SRA just seeing if anyone know's what the rules are?

He's mad that people come to his side of his place via golf cart but his peep's use Lake view lodge fish cleaning station and fishing dock all the time. I met him recently (it was NOT a pleasant conversation) as he had made rude and VERY IN-appropriate comment/name towards my mother who fishes reg and is 63. I politely explained what would happen if that occured again.

That guy is a jack a22! We launched there one morning last year and I was gonna put the money in the box after we got the boat in the water and parked the truck and he came runnin up to the truck hollering wanting to know why we didn't pay and he was carrying on about how we were trying to screw him and so on. He is just a mean old crusty codger with nothing else to do

when an older man calls your MOTHER a dumb B for crossing his property via golf cart the previous day (mind you she has been doing it for 18 years) as she is trying to launch her barge and take some friends fishing (yes he did that) and go crappie fishing i assume like most Son's you could understand what i am dealing with......

We launched there a while back when it was like 40 degrees, us and 1 other truck in the parking lot and he said we parked wrong and cost him money becuase others could not park correctly, what a douche.
