Kerrville, Flat Rock Park. FRP is gas or TM, or launch next to Chili's, TM only. Free launch, good fishing, I saw three boats all weekend.

Check out and see if you can find some city lakes or smaller places. Many times they have less pressured fish. And no jet fleas.

I hold Wednesday night tournaments on Flat Rock, UGRA, and at Ingram each week, if anyone is interested please pm me. Over the years we have pulled some nice fish out of the river in Kerrville.
