Launched at Buck Creek last weekend, they are still on spawn. caught several in the grass shallow, tx rigged and weightless black creature baits, watermelon flukes, also pulled a couple on a chatter bait. Be careful as it is low as well, good luck.
I am not making any decisions until the bourbon kicks in!

Stay off Roberts! It's infested with large boat eating gators! They've already eaten most of the bass in the lake and they're turning for humans on bass boats of all kinds! Lake is definitely OFF!!! Again stay OFF of Roberts.

Ok went to Roberts today. I caught on fish on a senko. I put in at buck creek. There was no problems with the ramp. Never been in that area of the lake. Is it safe to run your boat where the old railroad track was. Is there any stumps to worry about. Also is it safe to run on the north end from the boat ramp to the old railroad track west. Just curious before I jump out on plane. I ran on idle all day. Hit a lot of trees due to wind while on trolling motor
