Don't know what I got at the house. I was fishing Canyon Lake. Only got a slight drizzle while on the lake. Had light drizzle all the way back home. We need a whole lot more. Anything is better than nothing.

I doubt we will be getting enough rain to solve the water problems caused by urban growth. We need to eliminate the attitude that every house requires a green lawn and allow desert landscapes if we are to solve this problem. My HOA will fine you if you do not keep your lawn green and will not allow desert landscapes. They also require you have at least a minimum number of plants and shrubs in each front yard, all which require water to maintain. And water running down the street from businesses watering their concrete does not help lake levels.

Checked by backyard gauge got a quarter of an inch. Looks like a 20 percent chance of rain Saturday and Sunday. Next chance after that will be Thursday. If we don't get some super soakings between now and summer will be hurting! Side Note: I checked the local ponds and creeks in my area and they are holding up pretty good. Hopefully they get some decent showers the next few weeks. (Back to the RAIN dance.)
