Yesterday was not easy fishing. It'll come back with a couple of warm days. Water temps dropped 6-7 degrees. There were spawners that committed and didn't leave, but just wouldn't bite. I caught an over that was very sluggish and didn't even hardly fight. It was weird. I think the fish that were getting ready pushed off because of the drastic change in temps. This year's spawn has been adversely affected.

I was out there yesterday and caught a small one but other than that it was tough. Gonna try and head back out these next couple days

here I go, new yearly sticker first, then off for the joy of a grouchy cold Grapevine Bass nosing my bait off it's bed while I don't have a clue!  can't be worse fishing than Beaver! Should be on water 12-3, need to get back for date night.
