Got on the water bout 6:00am and started shallow. Nothing. Can't seem to find'em in the skinny. Went out and vertical jigged in 8-12 feet. Still had to work for them. Water temp was 64. White and chartreuse on a pink. 1/16 head. Had to give it up around 10:30 the wind was crazy. RR is tough this year.

the male fish has some color maybe they will move up soon good job there

Kinda the same at all the lakes this year. Id say try a stream but do to the lack of water well.......................
