Hey guys. Went out last night and caught these, but can't 100% identify them. Anyone wanna chime in? They look like yellow bullheads to me but I've never caught any this size before so I just wanted to see what you guys had to say. Usually only catch blues and channels, but this is all that was biting last night! EDIT: I know it's not a great picture, but it's all I've got of 'em.

Hard to tell in the pic, but if they had a forked tail they are channels and a rounded tail would be bullhead.

Those are bullheads for sure . I catch them a lot around ponds and creeks during summer time.

Flat tail, no fork. Thanks for the help guys. I'm just used to pulling up tiny little bullheads outta the areas I usually fish so wasn't quite sure what to make of ones that were ~2lbs

Bullheads. I stocked my pond with "channel and blue catfish" just to find out those green bassturds were part of the deal. The seemed to reproduce faster than the others so I had to sterilize the pond and start from scratch.

Yellow Bullhead with the white chin whiskers and longer anal fin. Black Bullhead with the grey to black chin whiskers. Very good eating if taken from clean water. If taken from muddy water soak the meat over night in cold salt water.

Horned pout. Great fish for sharpening your foul language skills.
