Red label seagur, I buy it in 1000 yd spools and use it for everything.
12 lb for cranks and tx rig worms
20 lb if I am going to be throwing in heavy cover.
I usually go through 3-4 spools a year.

I run Power Pro Braid on all my rods, mainly because I'm pitching in heavy cover at Falcon and Amistad.

Mono(CoPoly)-McCoys Xtra Clear; Great for Treble hooked baits Fluorocarbon: Seaguar RL or Invisix: For bottom presentations and Jerkbaits for me. I hate Braid.

Berkley Big Game for all mono applications, Seaguar for any flouro. No braid for me.

P-line CXX co-poly for moving baits. Seaguar Tatsu and Invisix for everything else.
Why? Because they are the best lines out and they never let me down with big fish.

anybody use suffix siege? I did once. It is like fishing with a rubber band. I threw it in the trash after one outing.

I use suffix elite and 832 for braid. Go to TackleTour for line reviews/tests.

Fluorocarbon: Seagar Invisx because of it's small diameter, strength, and abrasion resistance.
Mono: Suffix Siege because it casts well, has low memory, and lasts a long time.
Braid: Power Pro because it doesn't fray or fade like most of the others do. I've heard from reputable sources that the Daiwa Samurai is good but it's the one brand I haven't tried.

I fish Mason T-Line copolymer mono on most of my rods, 6 to 20 lb. test. I've used it for over 20 years. Excellent abrasion resistance, excellent knot strength and extremely limp and castable. I've pulled my boat around with 17 and 20, you can't break the stuff.
Also use Power Pro braid on a couple of rods in 30 and 65 lb. As far as braid goes it seems very good for those applications.
