Ok BassGrabbers! Here are the plans for tomorrow. I have just received word that our meeting area MAY be loaded by the time we get there due to Zoo goers. If this is the case, Here is plan B If my Green Ford ranger is not located in this parking lot by the time we get there, get back on University and go north towards I-30. Make a right on Old University and Go until the road is blocked. To your right will be an abandoned building with parking. Park there. THATS ONLY IF MY TRUCK IS NOT AT THE DESIGNATED LOCATION.
Also, There is possibility of severe weather. In the case of lighting, hail, tornado, CALL ME IMMEDIATELY (817) 204-9906. Once I am called, I will stop the clock on my clock. and we will meet AT PLAN B LOCATION. If weather is treacherous, I know a place to move all of our vehicles to under the Rosedale Bridge which is currently blocked off. For those of you who do not know that area well, there is a parking lot under the bridge. Im not 100% sure we can get to it but if we need to due to the severity of the weather, we will by all means.
If you Text me, about the weather, please State your name at the beginning of your text so I know who I am communicating with. Please DO NOT text or call me because its raining and you are allergic to water. Only notify me under severe circumstances or call if my truck is not in the parking lot in PLAN A.
Thanks and good luck to all. Its Tournament Time in Texas

My phone ended up surviving the downpour as well after sitting in a bag of rice for 24hrs straight its working like new again! Thanks again to Ray for saving the day and letting me put my memory card in his phone to show Russ the pics. I only caught 5 fish (missed one that short struck my spinnerbait) and they just so happened to be the "best" best 5! A big thanks to Academy and H20 for making the $4 spinnerbait that won it all lol.

Im gonna throw out a vote to start the next tournament at Echo at either 7 or 8 instead of noon. We are back to warmer weather now plus an early start would ensure we beat any locals out there before they can get a chance to secure a spot. Just my .02 and a suggestion.

I do think the weather is getting better. I want to base it on a 7 day though. If anyone has the ability to give me an extended forecast, I would like that, so I can base it off of that. I think we have escaped the cool weather. Once I know for sure, I think 8 would be a good time. Nathan was right about beating the locals too

On another note, I regret to inform the BassGrabbers world that I will no longer compete in any of the trails and I am stepping down from running the whole program. This will be the final year of the trail and I just wanted to thank each of you for your support and encouragement through it all. It has meant alot to me. I can no longer carry the load and responsibility that comes with this. I have however set goals which were achieved. I am very sorry about this guy's and I wish you all well..and btw..april fools! Gotcha. See you suckers on the 12th

I gotta admit you had me going there for awhile Russ!! Lets play it by ear until the beginning of next week. Extended forecasts are about as accurate as my wife trying to shoot people in call of duty (not accurate) lol.
