The topic of dumping fish seems to be a hot topic as of late. Just curious to know if any of you all are witnessing scenes similar to this one at your local ramps, marina dumpsters, etc.? I've witnessed it myself on the Brazos , but not certain how widespread it is. I'm not trying to denigrate anyone group here (not assuming that it is all bow-fishermen). Please reply with your experience.

Saw a bunch of carp, buffalo and gar dumped at the 515 East public ramp at Lake Fork last year. Slob bow fishermen.

I saw several piles on the Brazos in Palo Pinto County, but they were between March and May last spring. Have only made one trip down this year, did not see any. I'm afraid they all had holes in them as did the ones floating past me following an air boat upstream.

Did the algae blum cause the hole in the fish on the left?

Is the majority of the problem bow fishing?

I'm a new fisherman, I still haven't caught my first fish smirk

When I went to try and catch and release at Lake Worth near the boat ramp under 820, there were 3 fish (not sure what kind of fish they were, but they were two big suckers and a small one) with holes in them throw near the water when you stand to the right of the boat ramp.

Nope,

Only seen it a couple of times in about the last 15 years, and those seem to be isolated and am sure by ignorant uneducated people.
