I tried under the bridge at 66 this morning I caught a tree limb and the tree caught a fisherman's lure. I got bored and started fishing the ponds at springfield park for LMB.......struck out there as well but I didn't give it much effort.......more rain? warmer water temps?

"more rain? warmer water temps?"
We need both really bad. The water temps will go up but rain is the main thing we need. We need about two or three inches to get things poppin.

Very few fisherman. Even fewer fish. Interesting, I've seen them run in a lot less water than that. Current is coming over the dam all the way across. Water only slightly stained.

Not one vehicle at Firewheel. Looks like everyone gave up. The field is really torn up from people driving in the mud though. Looks horrible. I'd fence that off if I were the city of Garland. Signs apparently aren't enough.

City of garland doesn't own it. It's private property. They only own exactly where the signs are, the rest is private. Where the dumbasses screw everything up is not owned by the city.

The best we can do is clean our messes and make as little as possible. What would be really cool is if the city did own it AND paved it with a regular entrance.
