Omega, thank you, I used the new fryer my brother bought. The fish came out perfect now that I can monitor the oil temp. My friend Dwayne taught me how to filet like that.

I think you did great, I am jealous. Course, some folks don't remember that some of us only get so many chances to fish, and don't have a boat to do it from. Looked like a great meal to me.
