I got a new idea .....a night time moth pointed me to the spot
a big sphinx moth flew up and pointed west
I took its lead since I aint got a pointer turtle no more
I will post all the pictures and full report tomorrow
its late and I got an early date
it was the KABOOM of the year shallow so far this year
man oh man was that a fun hour and a half
KABOOM ....a foot under the float
ON the bank they was yawl

the moth says go west .....
being true to mother nature I took its word

broke out the FISH-N SPIN kit .....
pulled out 4 of these here beautiful lil baits


took the appropriate fish juice ...
the LURE FLAVOR for this episode ...
and on for a Friday nite date they went ....

began pitchin in a spot that has been good to me ...
a BIG FAT NADA .....
ketchn gits worried
uh oh
bad prediction maybe ?
could the moth be tellin fibs ?
what did I read wrong in the sign ?
I got it I got it ....moths float in the breeze
maybe a float ?
KABOOM first toss !!!

they wanted that blue back orange belly thing from FISH N SPIN
with a good spraying of LURE FLAVOR
over and over and over ...
sinkin the float like I aint seen in a long time !
fighting like black bass and pulling hard
yeah baby !!!
ITS KABOOM TIME ONCE AGAIN !

and the KABOOM part just didn't stop

some of em flat swallowed that bait yawl
they ate it right up ....
12 inches under a fixed quill float
1/16 gold plated jig head
and several bit within 24 inches of my feet !!!
the blue back orange belly got a work out
as did my lil bottle a lure flavor

last fish of the trip completed me I tell....
the king a the yella bass rides again
my signature fish arrived just in time to finish another killer episode !!!

have to git going ....
I have a ketchn appointment at a spot I never been
seen some fantastic beautiful black crappie that I think want to be ketched
like Lane said never discriminate
the white crappie were the nite crappie
now lets see if the black crappie are the day crappie

best part of the story .....
I chatted with a guy who said they wasn't biting
I said well sir I just hammered a bunch right around the corner
he says what you using ? I said a kinda kewl lookin thing I recently got from FISH_N _SPIN
its a shad body tube bait with a tube type tail
he eye balled em like a kid in the candy store
I told him I only got 4 with me
but I am leaving ....so ....take them ....
put them on this here double barbed collared gold plated 1/16 jig head I gave him
I said just walk around the corner and drop it right in the shallow water
as I walked off he dropped the bait ....
next thing ya know splashin commenced ....KABOOM
out comes a good un ....I said as I went into the dark from a distance
over my shoulder ....TOLD YA SO BRO ....

Nice job. Cant beat that night fishing. "Kaboom"!
