Some questions..... Have the lakes for each tournament date been decided? Where will the weigh-ins be done at? If you register the day of the tournament, where will that be?
It looks like the entry form requires a social security number. No disrespect intended but that is a show stopper for me. SS exposure = credit risk. Is it absolutely necessary?

Can you get a boat on Grapevine with the water being low? I heard people were having a tough time launching their boats.

Most all of this info is at the top of this thread. All tournaments will be held on Grapevine lake. Weigh ins will be done at the Dove Loop Ramp. Take off will be from Dove Loop ramp and you can register there before the tournament, but we have been told by the corp of engineers they would prefer for all registrations to be done off lake property. Social Security number is not required on the application if your not comfortable with it, but if you win money in the tournaments then it will be required before you receive your winnings. We issue 1099's to all winners. The income has to be reported to the IRS. Not my laws, but we have to abide by them.

If lake levels drop to the point where we can't launch on Grapevine, then we will move to another lake or cancel the tournaments and refund all registration money.

Well...... if it is there I did not see it.....
Maybe my browser did not show that grapevine was being used for all tournament dates. I thought is was a fair question though since the Grapevines series alternated between Lewisville and Grapevine last year.
As for the SS number. I cashed several times last year and never gave my SS number. There were no 1099's..... just group of guys enjoying the afternoon and not much $$$$ awarded anyway. Enough to buy beer, whiskey, or whatever other mind altering substances my performance, or lack of merited.

Some ppl... Go join a club if u don't like it! Rick is kind enough to put on a series since Scott moved up in a Big Way and his schedule is booked solid! Rick has a great business and wants to do things the right way which should be commended! Do what's necessary or move along! As far as me... I'm stoked to get this party started!!
