He used his confidence bait to boat a GOOD limit. Then went to town with the livingston, knowing the cameras were there and they were eating anything and everything. That's what makes a pro, earning 2 checks at once.
The fact remains, that livingston didn't do anything the rapala didn't, and he only used it for the cameras, to grab another check. I'm not saying its wrong or right. But that IS what happened.
