Looking at his hands on the fish, and thickness of its back [nice fish by the way] I'd say 22-24lbs easy.
Been there and done that, lots of fun fur-sur.

Not a huge fish by any means, those things get big but a good catch none the less. I would have been shocked if I caught that thing while bass fishing. Nice one.
