I wanna thank everyone on here with your help and suggestions. I finally found a boat that I can be happy with and will use for years. My first boat it will be a good one. What a memory and a dream come true.

Congratulations... I know you are proud because we all were with our first and still are with our current boats. Remember, you have to fish by yourself until YOU catch the first fish out of YOUR boat!! Good Luck with her!!

Thanks yall im happier than a fat kid in a candy store. Slider its an '85 but in great shape. Gambler I was thinking the same thing its gonna kill me if I dont catch the first fish out of her. I caught the first fish out of one of my buddys boats when he first got it and he still holds it against me.

Hey airfob,

I'd stick with that boat you got in your signature. Looks like the catch isn't so bad out of that one. If that's what weekends are like down there, I've got my Texas map out right now planning a trip.
