Hey guy, I just bought a Lowrance Elite-4X DSI FF, I am trying to think of a clever way to mount it to my inflatable. I have an Intex Mariner 3. I have attached a photo below of my right. It has a wood floor bottom so mounting something from there might be a possibility. On my tackle box I have enough space to mount some wood to it and then screw the FF to that. But I am open to any ideas.

If I bought the RAM bond a base and stuck it to my inflatable boat, would the mount that came with the FF fit the RAM base? OR would I have to buy another mount for it?

checkout Duct Seal. you can wrap that around the base of the FF and stick it to the side of your boat. I use it to hold my transducer in place and occasionally use it to mount my FF screen to the middle hatch on my cuda (since i don;t want to drill any extra holes). The stuff is extremely versatile, waterproof, leaves behind little to no residue and stays sticky no matter what. I think it cost me $3.00 at home depot. You can find it in the electrical section. Good luck.
