i don't use an electric knife yawl just an ole wore in good Rapala used to be 7 incher since i don't actually clean very many i take my time with em it probably takes me 60 to 90 seconds per fish i move quickest on the smaller fish ...i think never timed me .... and i don't like the ribs out later thing much i suppose i could do a video of it ...but it aint complicated ... i just follow the skeletal structure close as i can and the first side is always the easiest ,,,hahaha  That was my next question, what kind of knife you use? I know now.

I don't clean many fish yawl ..... it aint that I kant ... its I don't wanna thing .... since I donate lots a fish ..... most leave my place whole ... it will be a while before I fillet again .... we cant eat 10 lbs a fillets at my house very quickly .... but next time i clean sum I will git yawl a lil vid action  and KABOOM
