I have tried most brand names but found Jiff Extra Crunchy works best for a trick my grandfather taught me ice fishing many years ago. When you are finished fishing a REALLY good fishing hole just smear Jiff Extra Crunchy all over a banana and leave it floating there. When other fisherman decide to try the same hole they usually decide to try another spot.

Jif if water temps are 57 degrees or cooler and Skippy for any water temps over 57 degrees. I thought everyone knew this.

The last couple trips to Monti I have had to take both to see if they are generating and what the temps were that day.

I should be embarrassed to admit this but as I was reading this thread and my wife called and said she was at Kroger and asked me if there was anything that I needed.
