I went last year too and would go again.

I would go if newer bass fisherman and/or a fan of these big names. I had much more to learn last year and I also enjoyed Kriet, Iaconelli, and Swindle. All of them are great, but Swindle could fill auditoriums just doing a comedy routine.

I have covered these pros for 20 yrs, many how-to articles, TV/vid interviews, etc., all of which I mention (sorry) only because that is one level of info but BU is way deeper. I have attended BU and it is for sure WORTH EVERY PENNY. imo. Enjoy if you go.

Ike really does give a great talk. That guy is very smart despite his out of control emotions.

Which day would you choose based on speakers? Thanks for any input!

March 1st: Ish Monroe, Mark Davis, Pete Gluszek

March 2nd: Jeff Kriet, Mike Iaconelli, Cliff Crochet

Do you think Ish would tell me where and how he caught 30 plus #s on lewisville a few springs ago?

I attended twice, quite a few years ago. It was well worth it at $89. At today's price, I wouldn't. Then, the instruction was pretty basic, for the most part. How to tie a T-Rig, etc. But you could still pick up some pointers. Maybe now it is more advanced. I did get to meet several pros, and that was a plus.
