As much as I love to fish and as much fun as I have fishing with Chuck, that's too hard core for me. My hat's off to anyone who can go out in that and still keep their fingers warm enough to tie a Trilene knot.

Nice Crappie Chuck. Looks like a "hide and seek" Crappie year.

Thanks Curtis. Yes Sir you are right. So far it has been one big game of hide and seek for the Crappie! That early October Flood that washed away the brush piles really hurt. Oh well that is what fishing is all about. Hunting for em! Side Note: The Sunnies are also getting hard to find. These weather changes have em scattered and in winter mode.

And the hide and seek game continues. I got the fat Zero on Placid the other day!

Thanks "Jonesy_84" for the reply. "Jonesy_84": Shoot me a PM if you can make some weekday time. I may just be able to put on a few. Right now it is hit and miss. Most of the time it is miss. Curtis: I had a super day Monday! Got 22.

Those are some fat Slabs. Good job Chuck.
Side Note: Any luck finding decent brush piles and are the fish still scattered. For what I have been reading the fish seem not to be staying in any one spot.

Thanks "Gitter" for the reply. The Crappie seem scattered for sure. They are are not staying in one spot like they have done the last couple of years. Right now it's hit and miss with more missises. When you do find em it is some super action. Love that thump and fight.
