The winds are supposed to be up to 22mph tomorrow, so I'm heading somewhere that there are a lot of wind breaks. The fishing at the FWNC is either slow, or full tilt boogie...no in between this time of year. Great paddle around timber..should see a decent amount of wild life. (deer, birds, boar, etc.) Crappie and sand bass should be hitting, maybe a few LMB's along the way.
If anyone is interested, it opens at 8, so its not an early morning.
Anyone up for it?

If I had more time I would be down! ive been jonesing to get the yak back out. Just have alot of stuff planned for the afternoon (birthday party, bass grabber meeting, etc.)

went there Wednesday had a blast. Sand bass 2 and 3 pounds on a curly tail. Crappie under trees. Don't worry there will be plenty of people there. In all kinds of floatation devices.

Yeah, I got skunked to. Rough day on the water even though the weather was beautiful. Still... On the water. No complaints.
