OP banker-always fishing Pumpkin Head Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 79,118 Universal City Tx.	Finally had a decent day on the Guadalupe. I fished from 9am till 12noon and was able to catch some nice ones. Caught 22. Fish were caught in 10 to 12 feet of water by brush piles that were close to docks. Fish were caught using jigs with the preferred color being black/green. I fished last Friday for five hours and did not get one bite. Fish seem to be settling down some now that some stable weather has set in. It has been a hit and miss year so far. All fish were released with the exception of a few which will make tomorrows dinner. I Would have tried for a limit but had to get home. Left em biting. Some good morning Crappie action on the Guadalupe River. It don't get any better. IGFA World Record Rio Grande Cichlid. Lake Dunlap. John 3:16 Sinner's Prayer. God forgive me a sinner.
