Nice haul, Banker! Do you scale those trout before you cook them? I caught a bunch the other day and didn't think I'd ever get all of the scales off.

Gut em,Cut the heads off,and rinse em off real good. You do not need to scale em.  Also thanks for the reply.

and don't forget to run your thumb down the spine on the inside that blood vein has to go ..... I just slightly slice the length of the membrane and thumb that nasty out of there ....
