I am new to fishing Lake Lewisville, is East Hill Park a good place to launch a boat? I live near this area so would work good for me. Also, are there any concerns at this ramp due to the low levels?

Welcome. I can't answer your the question about East Hill Park. I know the Little Elm boat is still open.
Boats are like Strippers. They work until you quit throwing $100 bills at them.

Me either. Use arrowhead or tower bay.

East Hill is Pier 121. It is close to the dam. $11.00 to launch. During the winter the gate is not always manned. It is OK but not great in the wind. Rocky shoreline, dock is available, but not really close to ramp. I wouldn't beach my rig here!
