The way it was told to me by the dealership is 2 entries totaling $560. You always have the option of letting your partner pay you their portion of the entry fee.

So, assuming they are building this in on the deal, which based on what's been said is fair to say at this point. Do you have to tell them that you are fishing alone or with a partner? If you don't tell them your fishing with a partner are they sliding in the full entry in the deal? At which point you are paying double and interest if financing?

I bought a new ford last week. Called the certified dealers and they couldn't get close to the price 5 star ford of lewiscille offered. Well worth the several thousand I saved over two entry fees.

I like champs and hope this works out but the changes over the last couple years don't seem to be creating a good image for them. Just my $.02 but this deal wasn't advertised as what it has become and its coming back on them. I've always liked champs because they were a straight forward, good paying trail but , well, seems like money over fisherman these days and fisherman pay the bills. Hopefully this won't bite them and they can get back on track.

They haven't had the competition, for a long time they were the elite team trail in the state. Now there is the PTT and the TTT. Champs is trying to figure out ways to hang in there.

So how long did the 2 years of free entry fees last.

[quote=HEAVY SACK (aka Crankinstein)]Was I mistaken or was the offer for free entries for two years? I recommended a buddy look into a Ford purchase for the free entries that we're being offered. Did that offer change???
no well kinda maybe its like the if you like your insurance you can keep it period then left out the part for a short time then it will change but i dont think they did it on purpose just a lill slip just my 2 cents

Also, if you purchase a new Ford thru the idealoutfitter.com website, you could fish every event for FREE!

it says could fish every event not you can fish every event free

I guess I'm confused.

BC offered a deal. It was either a good deal or a bad deal. Either way, why do people have to get on here and talk negative about it? For all they have done for this industry y'all are talking bad about them? It's because of BC that all these other trails have had to step up their game.

Good or bad deal, thanks for the offer Bass Champs!

Guys the rules for this promotion have been pretty clear and Chad has explained it multiple times. It's not that complicated! The previous promotion was for a limited time and that time is obviously up and they now have a new promotion going.

I took advantage of the 2 year deal. I got a quote on the same vehicle from Frisco Ford (who I had recently bought a truck from) and 5 Star. My previous dealer let me walk out the door. 5 Star Ford in Carrolton beat them by $2000. I got ALL the available rebates. They matched the trade in value. They gave me a better interest rate than the credit union I have used for years offered. PLUS I have $5600 in entry fees to use in 2 years if & how I choose to use them. Personally I am going to fish Bass Champs North & East by myself for the next 2 years. 20 tournaments X 280 = $5600.
You could also use the full $5600 by fishing with a partner in all 40 events.

The NEW deal is a little different. If you are actually interested in a Ford and Bass Champs then talk to THEM and see if you can get a good deal. I am very happy with the deal I got. Don't rely on all the "assumptions" you read on this site. Get out and talk to someone. We all know if it's on the internet it must be true, right!

You people are the reason why there are instructions on the back of a shampoo bottle!

Good luck.
