St Croix Legend Tournament TBC76MHMF. The medium heavy has plenty of backbone, lightweight, and great warranty. Not too stiff like the Heavy actions rods. Ive tried all the high end rods and this is the best IMO. This. Can't beat 'em. In the types of rods y'all talk about, I have to agree with the St. Croix Legends...any version, depending on how you prefer them tricked out. The Legend Tournament is a split grip, Legend Elite is a traditional grip, and the Legend Xtreme (my choice) is a cutting edge hybrid synthetic grip. But...personally...I'd take a fly rod. So I won't bother mentioning it here.

If it could be anything, then Megabass.
like the man says...if you're swimming in the ocean and get bitten by a shark, its not a shark attack. You're in THEIR neighborhood. If you're at home in your shower, turn around and a shark is in there with you...THAT'S a shark attack

I'm taking my boys down to Ocheechobee for a few days after Christmas and I was going to get them each a new flippin stick and put it under the tree. Here's my question...
If you could have any rod you wanted for flippin the grass mats down on Big-O which would it be? Price is not a concern. I'm mainly looking for brand of rod but if you have a specific model that would be even better. Dobyns? Loomis? Denali? Duckett? Others?
Thanks in advance for you input.
Dennis I Like using the 7'6" MH Fenwick HMG with the extra fast tip. This rod is nice and light and very sensitive perfect for flipping all day with.
