Yes... My dad said they had one everybody referred to as Big Al and he was around 14 ft long. Used to go out there with my dad at night at LSS and see them.

Never seen or heard of any gators in pines. Went out with a spotlight on caddo 5-6 years ago in the summer and counted 153 in a couple hours.

There are No Gators in Lake O The Pines. I had heard there are some below the dam but not on the lake.

Go up on the north end to the rock dam and get out of the boat and roam around into the sloughs. You will see their slides and prints.

There used to be a 6' gator in the back of Copeland creek at Lake o The Pines, this was in the late 90's, saw him every weekend for a couple of months while fishing, then he was gone and have not seen him since

I saw a gator for sure in lake o pines. It was back a few years back when the lake was up a bit and he was up the river around the gator slew area. No doubt about it he was about 20 feet away from me and was floating on the top for a bit until I disturbed him and he went under the surface with quite a commotion.

I've been way up past that. Those are nutra rat and beaver slides. Tons of them up there.
