Use the colors Morning Glory, East Beast, and Who Dat and you should tear the reds up. If you can find any flounder pounders at your local tackle shops, they work great for flounder and reds, you basically just need something with a paddle/twirl tail to kick up lots of mud/sand and make a lot of vibrations.

Good info guys - I like the Plum/Chartreuse - but a pearl soft plastic when they are really picky in the winter can be lethal on redfish as well.

So many ways to achieve the same goal.

You will slam fish on the gulp mantis shrimp.. For flounder I use a 1/4 oz head and work it slow keeping decent contact with the bottom..

I've always had great luck with the TTF killer flats minnow especially the east beast color. And the morning glory color works as well.
