Who makes the best or original boga grip? Eastaboga tackle in al, or the co in ga?

Similar issue with Livorsi Marine Gauges. Two partners split and one copied the original. Don't know what has happened with Boga Grip.

Never understood why folks pay so much for Boga Grips. Scale part has the precision of an old DeLiar. The inexpensive knockoffs work well to lip a fish.

Mine is stamped with Eastaboga on the metal.
I love my Boga Grips. They are my favorite accessory. In addition to the standard uses, I frequently (more often than I like) use them to pull line to unstick/break off lures.
